Since 2003, The Gorden Group has been a driving force in commercial real estate across Arizona, Utah, and Nevada closing more than $1B in transactions and continuing to set the standard in the industry. The group concentrates on specialized asset classes, such as RV, boat & self storage, that demand deep expertise, sharp market intelligence, and a commitment level that reflects the investors it serves.

/ The Challenge

With a very specific asset class, as well as unique branding between their group and their partner brokerage in Argus Self Storage Advisors, they needed support in their OMs (offering memorandums) and BOVs (broker opinion of values) that supported their internal financial model and fit the Argus/Gorden Group branding.

/ How I Helped

I worked with the lead broker, Jeff Gorden, to understand what their previous workflow was as well as their previous design. From there I created and expanded on their designs making sure to stay within the brand to better the workflow for everyone on the team. I also coordinated with photographers across all 3 states to get the best look for each listing. All of this is to help potential buyers to understand the full scale of the offering for OMs, and for potential sellers to better understand their property's value for BOVs.
